Kevin Munroe has always loved rhythm and drumming.  He was exposed to, and fell in love with, West African drumming during college and immediately began taking classes.  He teaches, and is the director of the Charlottesville Community Drum Choir, currently celebrating its 18th year.   Kevin continues his study of West African music and host visiting African Artist to perform and teach locally.
